Bran-based dietary supplement which helps increase the amount of fiber in the diet. It is marketed as a product being very high in fiber (1 serving = 50% DI, plus it is a fiber boost for a healthy digestive system), a good source of vitamins B1, B3, folic acid and iron, as well as being approved into the National Heart Foundation's "Tick Program".
