Breakfast cereal made with wholegrains, wheat bran (16%), oat bran (3%) and apricot flakes (8%). It is marketed as a product being high in fiber, 98% fat free, a good source of wholegrains and B vitamins, and approved into the National Heart Foundation's "Tick Program".
