Breakfast cereal made with wholegrain wheat (45%), sultanas (20%), wheat bran (16%) and yogurt coated flakes. It is marketed as a product being very high in fiber, a good source of wholegrains and B vitamins, and approved into the National Heart Foundation's "Tick Program".
