BNI™ 034.02s: Low-fat soymilk (typical)

foodBNI™ 34.02s: So Good lite, Sanitarium, AUS / NZ, 2011.

'So Good lite' represents the prototypical (median) low-fat soymilk product in New Zealand in 2011, from a sample of 10 brands and sub-brands of low-fat soymilk, mostly imported from Australia. The sample was collated as part of a research on the nutritional composition of milk and milk alternatives in New Zealand.

This prototype is more representative of those who buy a particular brand of low-fat soymilk, as well as of the overall 'universe' of brands. However, an average based on mean values for the aggregated sample (dietBNI) may be more representative of those who change brands often, as well as of the population, in general.
