foodBNI™ 43.01s: So Good ricemilk, Sanitarium, NZ, 2011.
'So Good ricemilk' represents the prototypical (median) ricemilk product available in New Zealand in 2011, collected as part of a research on the nutritional composition of milk and milk alternatives.
This prototype is a good representative measure of the nutritional balance of the overall 'universe' of ricemilk brands in New Zealand, as well as of the nutritional balance of ricemilk for people who consume a particular brand of ricemilk. However, an average nutritional balance based on mean nutrient values for the aggregated sample (dietBNI) may be more representative of those who consume many brands of ricemilk indistinctly, as well as of the population, in general.
