BNI™ 085.68f: No-sugar chocolate (typical)

foodBNI™ 85.68f: Guylian No Sugar Added dark, Guylian, INTL, 2011.

'Guylian No Sugar Added dark' represents the prototypical (median) chocolate bar or chocolate block with no added sugar, available in New Zealand in 2011. This product was collected as part of a research on the nutritional composition of chocolates in New Zealand.

This prototype is more representative of those who buy a particular brand of no-added-sugar chocolate, as well as of the overall 'universe' of similar products. However, an average based on mean values for the aggregated sample (dietBNI) may be more representative of those who change brands often, as well as of the population, in general.
