'Up&Go Liquid Breakfast strawberry' represents the prototypical (median) on-the-go breakfast meal available in New Zealand in 2012, from a sample of 14 brands and sub-brands, mostly imported from Australia. The sample was collated as part of a research on the nutritional composition of breakfast in New Zealand.

This prototype is more representative of those who buy a particular brand of "liquid breakfast", as well as of the overall 'universe' of brands. However, an average based on mean values for the aggregated sample (dietBNI) may be more representative of those who change brands often, as well as of the population, in general.
