BNI™ 0.0: Simple egg noodles, Recipe, 2012.

This is a balanced meal which is also quick and easy, requiring only hot water for its preparation. It is very convenient if you do lunch at your workplace, for example. To prepare the meal, simply rehydrate the noodles by submerging them in very hot or boiling water for a few minutes.
Egg noodles 1/2 piece 50g

When the noodles are ready, discard most of the water but don't let the noodles dry completely. Add bran and mix thoroughly, so that the bran sticks to the noodles.

Wheat bran 3 tbsp 20g

Finally, accompany with a medium egg, boiled or poached.

This meal is well balanced nutritionally. I would expect any meal using similar ingredients in approximately the same proportions to be similarly balanced.
